14th August 2005 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Estuary Wind Direction: NW Wind Stength: F4 Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: warm Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: Took the kids out to the beach for the day but couldn't resist a quick sess. It had been blowing quite well but there was a very small tide today and had to wait until a bit of water came into the estuary by which time it was dropping off a bit. Had a few good planing runs gybes in the sunshine before retiring to play with the kids over on the front in the shore break. Saw Dave and Sarah from a distance later on and they looked like they were having a good session. Excellent day with a short session thrown in ;-) Next week off to Holland for a week with kit in tow so hopefully get a few sessions in there. |
